I just wanted to thank you and let you know that I have had a wonderful experience with everyone at ACT Data, especially with Chris Grados. My company prints a magazine that is distributed to companies that use EDI. I was informed that we could export our UPS shipment data, which would save me an amazing amount of time (as I would not have to then place all tracking #s into the form by hand). Chris Grados stepped in to help set up everything with our printer -- a process he said is usually quite easy, which made me very excited.
Unfortunately, our printer had never done anything like this before, and neither had their UPS rep. Chris has been nothing but kind, patient and extremely helpful throughout this entire process. It has taken a very long time, many weeks, of trying to get this all straightened out on the printer's end, but Chris has never once lost his helpful, kind attitude. He has been a joy to work with -- he has been very prompt in returning all emails and phone calls, he has talked to our printer's shipping dept. and the UPS personally, and he has provided many examples and helpful explanations throughout the process.
