Accounting Integration

•  For the SMB market, ACT partners with certified Quickbooks and MAS90
  support/implementation specialists to facilitate the customizations that you
  may require for the successful download of data. Many of our clients have
  enjoyed huge timesavings by eliminating the manual data entry otherwise
  needed to keep their accounting up to pace with EDI transactions. For other
  ERP systems, we present the PO for download as a Sales Order or as an
  Invoice in a variety of formats from IDOCS to XML.

Warehouse and 3PL Solutions

•  Not only can we feed your ERP system, we have flexible ways to integrate
  your warehouse or 3PL with no-entry data feeds. Most commonly, we exchange
  EDI 940/945 transmissions with the EDI capable or flat files for those who
  are not. We can parse 940s to the correct warehouse, monitor their
  completion as 945s and send the resulting 856s and 810s to your customer for
  completion.
