WEB STORE ORDER PROCESSING
Wherever your Web Store is hosted, we have the tools to help you manage your items and process your orders.
ACT Data's Web Store Order Processing portal concentrates all of the tools you need in an incredibly simple "Single Point of Power" for you. In the ACT hosted Web portal, by merely pressing buttons, you will:
- Maintain Items - you control all item info per store, including: price, description, quantity, shipper, ship method, and sale dates. If you already maintain this info elsewhere, you can upload your info here and finish by hand, if necessary
- Upload Item inventory to each of your Web Stores
- Extract new paid orders from your Web Stores
- Edit your Paid Orders so that you may Finalize, Split, Add/Substitute, etc items prior to shipping
- Ships your order based on your shipper rules in the Item maintenance where:
- If you are the shipper, interface with your UPS or FedEx account to get tracking number, print shipping label, request pickup
- If you have a drop-ship supplier for the item, sends an order to the supplier via EDI or XML over AS2 or FTP
- Interfaces with your accounting software, from SAP to QuickBooks, as Sales Orders or as Invoices
- Archives shipped orders
